The Blacksburg Volunteer Fire Department presents their annual Fire Prevention Week Open House on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Fire Station #3.

The Annual Open House will kick off the start of Fire Prevention Week which runs from October 5-11th. This year’s theme for Fire Prevention Week is: "Charge into Fire Safety™: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home".

Meet your local dedicated volunteer firefighters, see fire trucks & equipment displays up close, ask questions and learn about fire safety and prevention.

This event is open to the public and admission is free. Donations are greatly appreciated.

Blacksburg Volunteer Fire Department Station #3 is located at 407 Hubbard Street in Blacksburg, VA.
