Hacksburg presents the workshop titled "Resin Printing Basics" on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Normal filament-based 3D printers are capable of making an incredible array of parts, but for high-detail miniatures our resin printer is capable of over 10x the resolution. Learn how to use the Hacksburg resin printer, what parts work best, and how these machines differ from filament-based printers.

This workshop covers resin selection, print preparation, support generation, post-processing techniques including washing and curing, and safety procedures for handling liquid resin. Perfect for miniature gaming, jewelry making, or any application requiring fine detail.

This class is for ages 16 and up. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

The cost of the class is $5.00 for non-members and free for Hacksburg members.
