UPDATE: We want to thank everyone who showed interest in our 50/50 raffle. Due to low ticket sales and limitations around promotion, we’ve made the decision to cancel this year’s raffle.

The YMCA at Virginia Tech presents their annual The Y 50/50 Raffle ending on Monday, December 1, 2025.

This 50/50 raffle has a potential $22,000 jackpot with half of the proceeds (after expenses) going to the Y to support our community outreach programs, while the other half goes to the lucky raffle winner, who could be you!

Tickets are $25.00 each or five tickets for $100.00.

A total of only 2,000 tickets were printed. The maximum anticipated gross receipts will be $50,000. The Prize consists of a 50-50 split of proceeds (after expenses) received during the raffle.

Tickets will be available for purchase from September 1, 2025 through December 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST.

The drawing will be held on Monday, December 1st at 4:00 PM at the Y Center located at 1000 N. Main Street in Blacksburg, VA.
