Dobbins Hollow Winery presents their 2025 PawPawFest on Saturday, September 13, 2025 and Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 12:00-5:00 PM both days.
Join the celebration of North America’s largest native fruit! Explore the scenic vineyard grounds, taste fresh pawpaw fruit, and see what all is growing. Featuring live music from the Handmade Music School of Floyd, free pawpaw tastings, farm tours, local food, disc golf, raffles, Blue Ridge Goatscaping, face painting, cider pressing, Wood Thrush Natives, Nursery Natives, and a whole lot more! Their will also be family friendly activities throughout the vineyard and several special libations for the adults.
Ezekiel Reed and the Goats of Blue Ridge Goatscaping are returning to PawpawFest. Festival guests will have the opportunity to interact with members of the herd, and learn from Ezekiel
Ian Canton of Wood Thrush Native Nursery is also returning to PawpawFest. In addition to an amazing array native plants, and his encyclopedic knowledge, Ian will be providing a one-of-a-kind, interactive, educational opportunity to guests.
Guests who bring their own picnic to PawPawFest between 12:00-1:00 PM on either day and reserve their spot through Facebook or Instagram, will receive a free bottle of wine. The deal is only available from 12:00-1:00 PM.
Admission is free. Some activities have additional costs.
Dobbins Hollow Winery is located at 163 Dobbins Hollow Road in Pilot, VA.
