The Radford University College of Visual & Performing Arts presents the 46th Virginia Watercolor Society Juried Exhibition Opening and Reception on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Covington Gallery located within the Covington Center on the campus of Radford University.
Glenn Ormsby’s “The Quetzal”, Best in Show 2024, will be on display throughout our exhibition. This will be an event you won’t want to miss!
Our juror is an internationally known artist and instructor, Iain Stewart, AWS, NWS (stewartwatercolors.com). His work has received numerous awards in international competitions and hangs in many corporate and private collections. In 2021, his book “En Plein Air-Light and Color” was published by Walter Foster Publishing.
The exhibition will run through November 1st and can be visited during regular museum hours from Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday, noon to 4:00 PM.
As always, events at all Radford University Art Museums are free and open to the public.
The Covington Center is located at the corner of Jefferson Street and East Main Street in Radford, VA on the campus of Radford University.
