In Balance Yoga Studio presents Puppy Yoga with Little Big Dog Rescue on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Enjoy this accessible donations gentle flow class with adoptable puppies in the studio from Little Big Dog Rescue.

100% of the proceeds from the class will benefit Little Big Dog Rescue.

Posture, meditation, and movement are slowly introduced. Learn alignment and simple breathing techniques. Use props to support your poses. Feel comfortable in the foundational postures that are offered. Class will have slow transitions between standing and floor series to meet each student where they are.

The cost is by donation.
