Join Casey-Jean (CJ) Miller, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to help you shake off stress, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself—one breath at a time.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already in your flow, this practice is here to support your body and mind through the summer heat.
This is the last class of our Summer Yoga Series!
The cost is $20.00 per person and includes your drink of choice—beer, nitro cold brew latte, hard seltzer, or another N/A option.
No pre-registration required. Simply arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
Bring your yoga mat and if you tend to run cold, a light layer might be appreciated in the taproom.
