The Agape Center of the New River Valley presents a Grand Opening Celebration of the Agape Center Remodel on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
The event will include free food, tours, and brief remarks right at 11:00 AM. This celebration is a special milestone for the organization and and opportunity for friends and neighbors to join together.
The remodel will provide an inviting space for mentoring clients, setting up a roomy clothing closet, training clients in our new Getting Ahead lifeskills classes, creating administrative space and much more!
Admission is free and all are welcome.
The Agape Center is a non-profit that provides food, diapers, clothing, and mentorship to neighbors within the broader New River Valley (Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Giles, Radford, Shawsville, Elliston, Floyd).
The Agape Center NRV is located at 1175 Cambria Street in Christiansburg, VA.
