The Jessie Peterman Library presents the program "Stop the Bleed" on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Every minute counts when someone is severely bleeding. Medical Reserve Corps volunteers will be teaching a free, hands-on Stop the Bleed course as part of Partnership for Floyd's Rural Skills Workshop.
This is a course for both bystanders and medical professionals on how to stop life-threatening external bleeding.
Graphic content pertaining to medical emergencies will be included in the presentation.
All ages are welcome.
The Jessie Peterman Library is located at 321 West Main Street in Floyd, VA.
