Description:
The 2025 New River Valley Fair continues featuring the Annual Horse Pull on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The New River Valley Fair will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 through Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin, VA.

Tuesday Schedule of Events:
• 9:00 AM: American Dairy Goat Show
• 5:00 PM: Gates and Rides Open
• 5:00 PM: Dairy Cattle Costume Show
• 5:30-10:15 PM: Jaycees Bingo ($1.00 per game) with Cash Prizes
• 6:00 PM: Caprine (Goat) Contest
• 6:00-8:30 PM: Princess Squad, Chuckles The Clown & Groovy (The NRV Fair Mascot) Strolling the Midway
• 6:30 PM: Appalachian Hoedowners
• 7:00 PM: Horse Pull (Free)

The New River Valley Fair with the theme "Pigs, Pies and Carnival Rides" features sone of the best nightly entertainment of the summer including some of your favorite carnival rides from Cole Shows, a huge variety of fair foods, competitive exhibits, agricultural activities, Buffalo Beals Petting Zoo and much more! Enjoy six days of fun at the New River Valley Fair, a true country fair since 1872.

Tuesday features the Annual Horse Pull in the Main Arena, a performance by the Appalachian Hoedowners in the Wysor Building. Both of which are included with general admission to the Fair.

Every day activities include:
• Carnival Midway from Cole Rides
• Agricultural Exhibits & Livestock Shows
• Buffalo Beal's Petting Zoo & Racing Pigs
• Vendor Booths & Displays

Gate admission allows you entry into the fair and rides are an additional cost. You can purchase a Pay-One-Price Wristband to ride unlimited rides or purchase individual tickets to ride a specific number of rides. All entertainment with the exception of Saturday's Bulls & Barrels show ($10.00 entry) are included with gate admission.

Unlimited Ride Wristbands are available for any day of the Fair for $25.00 when purchased online through July 28th by 5:00 PM or $30.00 at the Fair.

Note: Rides are typically 3-6 tickets.

Directions:
Take Interstate 81 and take Exit 98 towards Dublin, VA then merge onto Route 100 North and travel three miles and the Fairgrounds will be on the left.

Note: The Java Brothers will not be performing on Tuesday.
