The Blacksburg Farmers Market presents their first-ever Flowerfest along with their regular farmers market with live music from Barry LeNoir on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Market Square Park.
The Farmer's Market Flowerfest will be held from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM during regular farmers market hours. Guests can plant a seed and grow a Big Smile sunflower, watch a floral design demonstrations at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM led by floral vendors Stonecrop Farm and West Farm, learn about the many ways in which flowers affect people and businesses with fun flower facts posted around the market, stop by the Master Gardeners table for information on pollinators & more, and take a selfie at the floral arbor which is a fundraiser for SNAP. FlowerFest merchandise including t-shirts and posters will be available for purchase. Guests can also enter a raffle to win a signed and numbered FlowerFest poster or t-shirt at the Information Booth. Entries are $5.00 each of $10.00 for three entries.
Barry LeNoir will perform live music from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Barry LeNoir is a musician from Floyd, Virginia playing "sentimental and irreverent" acoustic Rock-Folk-Pop-Americana and several surprises from his deep and eclectic catalog of over 600 new and old covers.
Reverent and raucous, sacred, saucy, and always fun; acoustic guitar and harmonica songs as fit for the pub as they are for the pulpit.

The regular Blacksburg Farmers Market offers local meats, organic produce, baked goods, crafts, flowers and more in the heart of downtown Blacksburg! Support your local farmers and artists and enjoy the benefits of a strengthened community, healthy living, and support for responsible business practices.
The Blacksburg Farmers Market is open every Saturday April through October from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Market Square Park in downtown Blacksburg, VA. The Wednesday Market is open from April through November from 2:00-6:00 PM. From November-December, the Saturday hours change to 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. From January-March, the Saturday hours change to 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Market Square Park is located at 100 Draper Road in Blacksburg, VA.
