Spartan DEKA and Radford University Student Recreation & Wellness Center presents DEKA STRONG & DEKA MILE on Saturday, May 31, 2025 inside the Student Recreation & Wellness Center on the campus of Radford University.
All are invited to a DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE event. DEKA, from the creators of Spartan, is the decathlon of functional fitness designed for all levels. DEKA STRONG is a modified version of the DEKA FIT featuring all 10 functional fitness training zones with no running. It is designed to test, gamify and celebrate your fitness! DEKA MILE consists of the same 10 functional fitness zones with one mile of total running.
You can compete as an individual or conquer the course in a two-person team.
The cost for DEKA STRONG is $49.00 for individuals or $35.00 per partner for a two-person team. DEKA MILE is $59.00 for individuals or $45.00 per partner for a two-person team.
Competitors will receive a t-shirt, DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE mark, and get their results on the DEKA global leaderboard!
