Unity Christian Church of Radford hosts a One-Day Theatre Intensive Workshop on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
Join for an immersive theatre experience designed to hone your skills and prepare you for success in the world of acting!
Workshop Highlights:
• Audition Techniques: Master the skills to shine in your next audition.
• Material Preparation: Learn how to choose and prep the perfect pieces.
• Mask Work (Jacques Lecoq): Explore physicality and character through transformative mask techniques.
• Improving Acting Skills: Elevate your performance with expert guidance.
Instructor:
Casey Worley has been a theatre educator for over 10 years, and holds a BA in theatre from King University and is pursuing his MFA in Theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. Casey has worked with actors of all ages in community theatre, educational theatre and professional theatre spaces.
This workshop is open to high school and mature middle school students
The cost is $75.00 per person.
