Description:
In Balance Yoga Studio presents Chakra Meditation Workshop on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

90 minute workshop including educational lecture on the archetypal understanding of chakras followed by guided meditation. This class is an ongoing series that will be held every Thursday morning from 10:00-11:30 AM for eight consecutive weeks.

The cost is $30.00 per class or $200.00 for the whole series. In Balance Yoga Members receive a 5% discount.
