The Pete Dye River Course presents a Valentine's Day Dinner for Two on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

Enjoy a four course dinner with dessert for two to celebrate Valentine's Day!

Four Course Dinner Menu:
Starters (Choose Two):
• Soup du Jour
• House Salad
• Caesar Salad

Side Dish: (Choose Four):
• Mashed Sweet Potato
• Garlic Confited Potatoes
• Cheese Polenta
• Mustard Greens
• Blistered Tomato and Broccolini
• Braised Carrots

Main Course (Choose Two):
• 8oz Bison Ribeye
• Pan Seared Yellow tail Snapper topped with Salsa Verde
• Honey Braised Pork Belly
• Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Penne

Dessert (Choose Two):
• Cannoli
• Tiramisu Ice Cream
• Lemon Rosemary Trifle

Each couple will also receive two glasses of complimentary champagne.
