The New River Vineyard & Winery presents Christmas Music & More with Leslie Brooks and guest pianist Sam Kimzey on Saturday, December 23, 2023.
Join us for music from Leslie Brooks and guest pianist Sam Kimzey! Leslie will be singing some of her original songs featuring selections from her Christmas record "I Remember December", Christmas songs and other genres.
Leslie Brooks is a singer-songwriter performing on guitar with her eclectic vocal style playing jazz, soulful ballads, folk, country blues, rockin' country, Americana and popular favorites. A seasoned performer and accomplished guitarist, she has traveled the U.S. and abroad, weaving her experiences into heartfelt songs.
She has played the best venues in a 16-state area, as well as in Norway and Monte Carlo. Opened for Heart, James Taylor, Bob Margolin and Willie Nelson to name a few. With six records to her name and a history of acclaimed performances, Brooks continues to craft music that resonates with authenticity and deep storytelling.
