Historian & Author, Phillip Andrew Gibbs will be joining us to tell some of those notorious tales, along with book signing of his book "Murder and Mountain Justice In The Moonshine Capital of the World". Hear about Willie Carter Sharpe, one of the most famous female bootleggers and renegades during Prohibition, who adorned diamonds on her teeth.
