Blacksburg Library presents Sustainable Blacksburg's August Lunch and Learn titled "Saving Today's Abundance to Enjoy Tomorrow" on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in-person at the Blacksburg Library and online on Zoom.
Learn ways to save the summer harvest for storage in your fridge, freezer and pantry, from quick and easy to more advanced methods so you can enjoy eating locally all year! Brenda Springer, member of the Board of both Sustainable Blacksburg and the Blacksburg Farmers Market, shares her knowledge of preserving local foods.
