Meadows of Dan presents the 2023 Meadows of Dan Folk Fair on Saturday, August 19, 2023 throughout the Meadows of Dan community stretching from the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church to the Meadows of Dan Community Center along Business US 58 just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Event Schedule:
• 10:00 AM: History Talk with Shelby Puckett at Mayberry Church
• 10:30-11:30 AM: My Rock Castle Home Movie by the Blue Ridge Park Foundation at the Meadows of Dan Community Center
• 12:00-2:00 PM: The Country Boys Performs at Meadows of Dan Community Center
• 2:00-3:00 PM: A Mountain Tribute - Open Mic with Poems, Discussions & Art Work
• 3:00-4:00 PM: My Rock Castle Home Movie at the Meadows of Dan Community Center
• 5:00 PM: Old Fashioned Singing at Concord Church
Meadows of Dan Folk Fair is a family-friendly event that includes music, food including the Meadows of Dan School Fish Fry, drink, and craft vendors throughout the day.
Free shuttle service will be available.
Meadows of Dan Community Building is located at 2858 Jeb Stuart Highway in Meadows of Dan, VA.
