Pulaski County Library presents DIY Tie-Dye Scrunchies program on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
Join the Pulaski Library for our tween / teen craft night. This month, we are making tie dye scrunchies with sharpie markers and alcohol to give the tie-dye look and then decorating them.
Admission is free though sign up is required, so email smarshall@pclibs.org to register.
Suggested for ages 10 and up.
