Science on Tap - New River Valley presents their July program titled " Moving Minds: Dance and Interpersonal Synchrony" on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Rising Silo Farm Brewery.
With help from Dr. Julia Basso, director of the Embodied Brain Laboratory at Virginia Tech, dancer Rachel Rugh, and audience participation and observation, we'll learn how dance and other movement practices impact brain function and physiology.
All are welcome to participate or observe -- no dance experience necessary.
Presented by Virginia Tech’s Center for Communicating Science and the Virginia Tech chapter of Sigma Xi.
