Rock House Marina hosts the 6th Annual Gusto Event with Music from GrapeJam on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

Race Schedule:
• 10:00 AM: The Master Paddle Paddle Board Race (5 Mile)
• 10:00 AM: Bona Fide Paddle Board Race (2 Mile)
• 10:30 AM: The Kahuna Kayak Competition (4 Mile)

The 6th Annual Gusto Event launches from the Rockhouse Marina on Peak Creek in Pulaski County, VA. The Master Paddler (5 mile) and Bona Fide (2 mile) paddle board races will lead contestants on a course up and Peak Creek then back to the Rockhouse. This year we've also added the Kahuna Kayak Contest (4 mile). After the race, we'll have an awards ceremony.

Race entrants will receive a Gusto race jersey and a unique Gusto award denoting race rank.

Entry for racing competitors is $25.00 per person. Spectators are free.

After the races, we'll hear music from the Greater Pulaski Junior Appalachian Musicians (GRAPeJAM) who will play a few tunes and, thanks to our sponsors, we'll give GRAPeJAM a nice donation to keep the music flowing!

Paddle board and kayak rentals will be available at Rock House on race day.

The event is rain or shine.
