This is an open time to explore AcroYoga! This is not a formal class, but experienced yogis will be available to safely introduce new participants to basing, flying, and spotting techniques.
No experience or partner is necessary. Do only what you are comfortable with.
AcroYoga is a unique practice that combines the structure of partner acrobatics, familiar yoga poses and the lasting implementation of trust work.
