Description:
Montgomery County ACCE presents the Virtual Race for ACCE 2021 starting on Friday, August 6, 2021 through Sunday, August 8, 2021.

All proceeds will benefit ACCE (Access to Community College Education), which is a public/private partnership that makes college available tuition-free to as many MCPS graduates as possible who meet the criteria. for ACCE provides scholarships for Montgomery County high school graduates to attend New River Community College. Participating students must complete 80 community service hours each year and maintain a 2.5 GPA in their NRCC coursework.

Registration includes a race t-shirt. Those who register by July 8th will have their t-shirt by race weekend. You can choose to have them shipped or shirts can be picked up locally in Blacksburg during race week. All registrants will receive an email during race week with shirt pick up details and a link to a google form where finish times can be reported.

All age group first place winners will receive a medal. All children who participate will be entered to win one of several raffle prizes.

The 5k is $25.00 per participant. There is a family discount for three or more runners for $60.00. The Children's Fun Run is $10.00.
