Description:
UPDATE: The Frog Pond will now be closed on Saturday, May 29th and Sunday, May 30th due to the poor weather forecast and low temperatures. Instead the Frog Pond will open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2021 starting at 11:00 AM.

The Frog Pond opens for 2021 season on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

After missing the 2020 season due to COVID, the Frog Pond is back open for the 2021 season! The Frog Pond will be open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM and on Sundays from 12:00-6:00 PM.

The Frog Pond is operating at limited capacity due to staffing. Admission to the pool is on a first come, first serve basis.

We are not taking reservations during regular business hours and are not allowing re-entry due to limited allowed capacity in the Frog Pond.

The Frog Pond is a great place to hang out and relax during the summer. The pool has a zero-depth entry for those wanting to take their time and ease into the water. It also has a maximum depth of eight feet for those who want to make a splash and jump right in!

The Frog Pond has a children's pool equipped with a water-spouting whale and a bubbler. There are four slides in the big pool including three tube slides and a frog slide. There is also plenty of room to sit back and enjoy the sunshine poolside.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an individual age 16 or older.

We will continue to follow guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control and Virginia Department of Health for the operation of outdoor swimming pools. Please note that our ability to continue offering these public services are subject to change as the CDC and VDH revise their guidelines, recommendations and requirements.
