The June Bug Center presents "Shrek Jr. The Musical" with three performances starting on Friday, May 14, 2021 through Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Floyd Yoga Jam Festival Site.

Coming to a swamp near you! Join the June Bug Center's Musical Theatre for Teen class as they perform their end-of-the-year musical "Shrek Jr.!" The June Bug Center will also be celebrating its 20 year anniversary on Friday night! Come enjoy concessions, games, and a hilarious musical to kick off our 20 years!
About the show:
Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.
Once upon a time, in a faraway swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek. One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits who have been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wisecracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task — if he rescues feisty princess Fiona, his swamp will be righted. Shrek tries to win Fiona’s love and vanquish Lord Farquaad, but a fairytale wouldn't be complete without a few twists and turns along the way.
Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for children and students.

We will be allowing people in 30 minutes before showtime. Please follow the signs to the box office once you arrive at the event venue. A June Bug Center volunteer will come to your vehicle to check off your tickets and will then direct you to the parking area.
Please do not leave your vehicle before checking in with the box office. We ask for you to please bring masks for when you walk to your spot for the show. You are welcome to bring your own chair and blankets. Please make sure you are at least six-feet apart from other audience members.
If there is bad weather, please check your email before the show's time to see if we have postponed.
The Floyd Yoga Jam Festival Site is located at 5430 Indian Valley Road in Willis, VA.
