Mountain Lake Lodge presents their 250th Independence Day Celebration on Thursday, July 2, 2026. Event Schedule: • 5:30 PM: Pre-Festivities Begin • 7:00-9:00 PM: The Ryan Greer Band in Concert • ~8:30 PM: Fireworks Show at Dusk Join us for the 250th Independence Day Celebration at Mountain Lake Lodge and experience a festive summer gathering filled with classic holiday fun. Enjoy an evening of fireworks, live music by The Ryan Greer Band from 7:00 pm to 9:00 PM, great food, interactive games, and a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy! Ryan Greer is a Roanoke-based Americana musician who was born and raised in Franklin County, VA. Ryan has been a standout member of area bands Barefoot West and The Riverbank Ramblers as well as playing solo gigs. This event is open to everyone, with options available for drive-up visitors, day guests, and overnight lodging guests alike. Bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets. Please note that no outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed. Overnight holiday package available for those who want to extend the celebration.
