The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts presents the Virginia Tech Philharmonic Orchestra in concert on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech. Join the VT Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Mathias Elmer, for an evening concert. On the program: • Overture to the Wasps by Ralph Vaughan Williams • Polovtsian Dances from "Prince Igor" by Alexander Borodin • Romeo and Juliet, TH 42, CW 39 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Admission is $15.00 for general public, $12.00 for seniors and $10.00 for students. Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the Moss Arts Center ticket office, by calling 540-231-5300 or in person at the venue beginning one hour prior to the performance.
