The Japanese Cultural Association (JCA) at Virginia Tech presents their annual Matsuri Festival on Saturday, October 30, 2021 on the Graduate Life Center Lawn on the campus of Virginia Tech. We host this event to share a part of Japanese culture with the Blacksburg community. There will be various activities for all ages including Shateki, crafts, ring toss, and more! We will also have free Dagashi for attendees to try, cultural performances for attendees to enjoy, and we'll also be selling Bubble Tea. Admission is free and all are welcome. This event is child and family-friendly and due to its open location fully accessible for all types of persons! We hope to see you there! The Japanese Cultural Association (JCA) is an organization dedicated to those who have an interest in the Japanese culture. We strive to raise awareness as well as appreciation for Japanese culture. We welcome everyone, regardless of race and whether they have a Japanese background or not.
