Princeton 862 (Band)
Biography:
Formed in 2013 in a small town, Princeton 862 is here to make its mark on the industry as one of the fastest rising bands in West Virginia. The five piece soft grunge, emo and alt rock band consists of members Jarrod (lead vocals), Colby (guitar/vocals), Ryan (bass/vocals), Hayden (guitar) and Bryan (drums). With all five members coming from different musical backgrounds based in vastly differing genres, they draw influence from early 2000s post hardcore, new age pop-punk, the great 90s alternative rock/grunge we all know and love and everywhere in-between.
Setting out to break the mold, the group started writing material that is fresh and new in today's world of unoriginal,cookie cutter, generic, robot bands. Singing song straight from the heart drawn from true life experiences, the angst in the lyrics they write are sure to grab a hold of all who listen and make them think about what they're listening to.
With a stage show that is unrivaled in energy, every time the five-piece steps foot into a stage, they captivate audiences with hard hitting melodies, emotionally evocative lyrical content and delivery, endless energy, and the musical dexterity that only comes with mastering your instrument. Already having opened for bands such as Hawthorne Heights (Invogue Records), Bam Margera's Fuckface Unstoppable, Emarosa (Rise Records), Close to Home, and many more, the band is primed for success and it ready to show the world what they are made of.
