Sweetgrass Yoga presents the class "Journey Through the Chakras" on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Have you ever wondered what the chakras are? This workshop is a simple introductions to the body's seven energy centers (our chakras).

We will examine each chakra, looking at what it represents, the areas of the body and life it's connected to and some easy ways to support balance.

We'll end our time together with a yoga flow designed to balance the chakras, bringing everything together through breathe and movement.

The cost is $45.00 per person.

No experience with chakras is needed. This workshop is designed for beginners and anyone who wants to learn.

Come with an open mind, leave with a better understanding of your body's energy and some simple tools you can use after the workshop.
