In Balance Yoga Studio presents the class titled "Hey Baby, What's Your Dosha" on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

Join Hannah for this interactive and inspirational introduction to Ayurveda (the sister-science to Yoga) that supports our wellbeing through food, lifestyle practices, and use of herbs.

We'll explore the foundations of Ayurveda through movement, group work, and individual reflection, to connect with how this ancient wisdom applies to our modern lives in very practical ways.

Leave knowing more about yourself, people you are in relationship with, and some simple ways to support optimal health through alignment with nature. You will wonder why we don't all learn this wisdom as children. It's time for us to be empowered to heal and align with vibrant health, naturally!

Instructor Hannah Elizabeth Levin is the founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing LLC. She is an Ayurveda Practitioner (NAMA), Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, YACEP), and Yoga Health Coach who also holds a Master's Degree in Teaching. Her own healing path through chronic allergies, anxiety, sleep struggles, digestive issues, and chronic hip pain led her to the healing found in Yoga and Ayurveda. Her vision is to alleviate unnecessary suffering by reconnecting ancient healing wisdom with today's modern world. Hannah lives in Floyd, Virginia with her family and works with clients all over the country via the internet.

The cost is $63.00 per person.
