Athena Spencer (RYT200, instructor at Sweetgrass Yoga) will lead the free, all levels yoga class. Perfect for beginners. Come give yoga a try!

Open to everyone. You do not need to be a Jazzercise member to attend. Bring a friend, bring the family, or just bring yourself!
