In Balance Yoga Studio presents their 10th Kunga Fest, a two-day Donations Yoga Festival on Friday, June 2, 2023 and Saturday, June 3, 2023.
Friday Schedule:
• 4:00-5:30 PM: All Level Flow Yoga
• 6:00-7:00 PM: Hot Flow 2 (95-100 degrees / 40% added humidity)
• 9:00-10:00 PM: Glowga (Black lights and glowsticks)
Saturday Schedule:
• 8:30-9:30 AM: Hot Flow Mix
• 8:30-9:30 AM: Gentle Flow
• 10:00-11:00 AM: Aerial Yoga for Beginners
• 10:00-11:00 AM: All Level Flow
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Yoga Basics
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Yin - Deep Stretch with Live Piano Music
• 1:00-2:00 PM Warm Flow: with Live Guitar Music
• 1:00-2:00 PM: Aerial for Beginners
• 2:30-3:30 PM: Hot Flow 2 (95-100 degrees / 40% added humidity)
• 2:30-3:30 PM: Guided Deep Relaxation and Acupuncture
• 4:00-5:00 PM: Energy Medicine Yoga
• 4:00-5:00 PM: Restorative / Yin Hammock Yoga
Join In Balance Yoga for their 10th Kunga Fest with 100% of the donations donated to directly support the Homes of Hope Orphanage in India. Homes of Hope is a safe space for orphaned, abandoned, or trafficked young girls in India.
In Balance Yoga is offering 15 donation-based classes throughout the two-day event. No membership is required to attend these special classes however donations are welcomed. Hot yoga, ariel yoga, yoga classes with live music and gentle flow, are just some of the options offered.
A silent auction will also be offered with bidding open until 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 3rd. Over 20 items are in the auction including a private ariel yoga session, a one-hour reiki session, an acupuncture session and more!
Yoga classes and events are by donation though registration is required.

All are welcome. Membership is not required to attend however new students will have to create an online profile in order to register.
