Blacksburg Wine Lab presents Full Moon Yoga & Biodynamic Wine Tasting on Sunday, February 5, 2023.

Join us for a 60 minute Full Moon Yoga Class, taught by Brittany Folcik, and an optional lunch & Biodynamic wine tasting from 2:00-3:00 PM to follow!

Biodynamic Wine production uses organic farming methods and follows a planting and harvesting calendar that is based upon the cycles of the moon. The winemakers that employ this method treat the earth as a living and receptive organism.

Brittany Folcik grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan surrounded by nature and the Great Lakes. Since childhood, being around nature has inspired her journey. She attended college in Wisconsin and was overcome with passion for the study of Anthropology and Shamanism. Through yoga she has been able to marry her academic passion with Life practice. She moved to VA in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the NRV. Brittany completed the 200 HR Kunga Yoga Teacher Training Program through In Balance Yoga Studio in 2019. Her special interests within the vast scope of yoga include Meditation & Yoga Nidra. When one can find a place of peace and harmony within, we are able to reflect that out into the world. Brittany also bartends at The Wine Lab!

Your $10.00 deposit pays for the yoga class, and is transferable, but not refundable. The optional After Yoga Lunch & Biodynamic Wine Tasting is $30.00 and will be paid at the event.
