Hope To Walk presents their Hope To Walk 3rd Annual Virtual 5K on Saturday, October 1, 2022 and Sunday, October 2, 2022.

Run, walk, or roll 3.1 miles during the weekend of October 1-2, 2022. Hope To Walk's Virtual 5K was created to raise funds and awareness for Hope To Walk's mission: to provide free prosthetic legs for amputees in developing countries. Blacksburg-based non-profit Hope To Walk wants you to participate in their Virtual 5K any time that weekend, any way you want to move, and anywhere in the world!

There is no cost to participate and we would like to encourage as many people as possible to join in.

The team or individual to raise the most money will win the Golden Leg Trophy. Raise $50.00 and get a Virtual 5K t-shirt. Raise $250.00 and get a Hope To Walk hat as well as naming a leg in honor of a loved one.

Hope To Walk exists simply to help the impoverished people of the world to walk again. Millions of amputees worldwide depend on wheelchairs and crutches. Some are even forced to crawl simply because they cannot afford prosthetics. There are 35 million amputees and disabled people worldwide who need prosthetic devices, but do not have access to them.
