The Beast of Blacksburg Pizzeria & Bar presents a Monday Night Blind Whiskey Tasting on Monday, December 15, 2025 at the Bourbon Bar.

Join the Blind Whisky Tasting every Monday. We will pull 20 of our wonderful whiskey and with a roll of the dice you will get to try a half pour blind and fill out a tasting card about the drink.

Each pour will include 0.75 oz blind, a tasting card to record your experience and then a 0.75 oz of the same pour after it is revealed. If the guess is correct, participants will receive a $10 gift card for correctly identifying the blind pour.

The bottles included will be randomly selected the day of the event. It will potentially include all Virginia ABC lottery whiskey bottles under $300.

The cost per pour will be the average cost of the selected bottles.

This is an amazing way to hone your tasting prowess while trying some new bourbons that you may not have thought to try.
