Pulaski on Main continues The Marketplace present their weekly farmers market and final Summer Nature Series titled "Fishing in the New River Valley" on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Pulaski Train Station.

Enjoy vendors including wood workings, unique crafts, fresh produce, homemade baked goods, beautiful plants and so much more all made or grown locally, live music from Dean Trimble, refreshments from Squeeze Um & Shake Um and delicious bites from Nay Nay's Grab N Go and 3 Brothers BBQ, the final session of the Peak Creek Summer Nature Series and lots of fun! Shop all of our local food and artisan vendors and see what products they have to offer.

Join the Friends of Peak Creek for their last 2025 Summer Nature Series session, an education / outreach program. The fourth and final session features the program "Fishing in the New River Valley" presented by Kristen Chestnut-Faull, District Fisheries Biologist of the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources starting at 5:30 PM. Find out how and where you can have good day fishing at our last Nature Series of the year at the The Marketplace. You can find out how Hurricane Helene changed fishing in our local waterways, learn about new regulations, local tips, get specific questions about fishing in the region answered and maybe learn where some of the "good holes" are that you didn't know about.

Dean Trimble is a musician playing 70s and 80s classic soft rock and classic country and he is based in the New River Valley region of Virginia.

The Marketplace is open every Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM from May through September.

The Pulaski Train Station is located at 20 South Washington Avenue in Pulaski, VA.
