The Floyd Country Store and Handmade Music School present a Three-Week Partner Country Two-Step Dance Class With Stephanie & Bruce on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
The Floyd Country Store & Handmade Music School are offering dance lessons for folks wanting to learn country 2-step. The class will focus on how to connect with a partner and learning to hear the music. We will introduce ways to respond easily and consistently to the music’s rhythms, simple turns, and a few embellishments that will enhance the dance experience.
Additionally, we will share useful advice to increase your total dance success and confidence, and we will have fun!
The three week class will meet for 45 minute sessions from 6:00-6:45 PM on May 18th, May 25th and June 1st, 2023 at the Floyd Country Store before the Thursday night Honky-Tonk. Music used in the class will feature tunes played during the Honky Tonk Thursday dance following the class.
The cost is $45.00 per student for the three week series.

The instructors, Stephanie and Bruce, are both very experienced country dancers and both have previous experience teaching dance. We look forward to seeing you there!
