The Blue Mountain School presents Family Poetry Palooza with Allan Wolf on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at The Floyd Country Store.

Join Blue Mountain School as we celebrate National Poetry Month with an evening of family fun and fundraising featuring author and performance poet, Allan Wolf.

Hailing from Asheville, NC, Allan Wolf is the author of novels, picture books, and poetry collections for young people. Wolf will be bringing his performative poetry to the Floyd Country Store.

This family-friendly, interactive evening of spoken word will include special cameos by some of the Blue Mountain School students themselves. Top it all off with book-giveaways and a raffle, all the profits will go to support Blue Mountain School.

Allan Wolf will be signing books at the end of the event. Books will be available for purchase–proceeds from book sales will benefit Blue Mountain School. We’ll also be raffling off copies of Allan Wolf’s books throughout the evening.

Tickets are a suggested donation of $5.00 for adults and free for kids.

For every $5.00 you donate, you will get a chance to win one of Allan Wolf's books.

Floyd Country Store is located at 206 South Locust St in Floyd, VA.
