Pulaski County Library presents Lunch Break Yoga with Downeydog Yoga on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
Join Downeydog Yoga for an all levels yoga class that will include deep still stretching, breathing, seated, standing, balance and supine stretches for strength and deep relaxation.
Kim will lead us in this practice in the Pulaski Library Community Room.
Admission is free though sign up is required and space is limited for this event.
