The Radford Public Library presents the program Radford University Heart Healthy on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
Celebrate the month of Valentine’s Day by checking your heart health. Senior level nursing students from Radford University will talk about the issue of heart health including proper diet and exercise to improve your current heart health. Risk factors and signs of heart disease will also be explained.
