Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts presents the 2019 Virginia Trombone Festival on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Squires Recital Salon on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Enjoy a gala concert featuring music for the trombone by Virginia composers and arrangers performed by professional trombonists from Virginia and West Virginia.

Professional trombone players from Lynchburg University, Liberty University, Redford University, Concord University, West Virginia University, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Harrisonburg’s professional trombone ensemble, Mr. Jefferson's Bones will perform. In addition, Virginia Tech music faculty members will be featured as well as the Virginia Tech student tuba/euphonium ensemble, VTubas.

Admission is free, no ticket is required.
