The Atlantic Coast Conference presents the 2019 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships start on Thursday, February 21, 2019 through Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Virginia Tech Rector Field House.

Running Events:
• 1:00 PM: Women 5000 M
• 1:25 PM: Men 5000 M
• 2:00 PM: Women 1 Mile
• 2:25 PM: Men 1 Mile
• 3:00 PM: Women 60 M Hurdles
• 3:35 PM: Men 60 M Hurdles
• 4:00 PM: Women 400 M
• 4:20 PM: Men 400 M
• 4:55 PM: Women 60 M
• 5:10 PM: Men 60 M
• 5:30 PM: Women 800 M
• 5:45 PM: Men 800 M
