Description:
The Warm Hearth Foundation and LewisGale Hospital Montgomery present the 2018 Parrot Strut 5K Trail Run / Walk on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

Come out and strut your tail feathers to raise funds for seniors in need of housing and health care at Warm Hearth Village! The 2018 Parrot Strut is Saturday, October 13th on the Warm Hearth Village campus.

The 5K will begin at 9:00 am and the 1-mile run/walk will begin at 9:45 am.

Refreshments, courtesy of LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, will be available after the race. Dogs are welcome on leashes, and owners are responsible for associated clean-up.

Registration is open through 8:45 am the morning of the race. (Deadline to guarantee free race tee shirt is September 26, 2018. Registration is $35.00.

Race packets will be available for pickup at the Warm Hearth Village Center, 2387 Warm Hearth Drive, Blacksburg, Friday, October 12 from 12-6 pm and starting at 8:00 am on race day.

The top three overall male and female winners of the 5K will receive medals.
