The Floyd Country Store presents Americana Afternoon's 8th Year Anniversary Show on Saturday, July 7, 2018.

Music Line-Up:
• 12:00 pm: David Simpkins & The KGB
• 1:00 pm: Mama Joy Rising aka Big Mama Joy
• 2:00 pm: Maggie Blankenship with Allen Surface

Each week we schedule different performers to play anything from blues, bluegrass and country to the American roots music of Ireland and Africa. The music is varied, but has the common thread of Americana: traditional acoustic music. Some of it is indigenous, including bluegrass, or the music of contemporary singer-songwriters: you might hear the blues, or some of the Celtic or African sounds that underpin our American folk traditions.
