The 2018 Kevin Jones Youth Football Training Camp for ages 6-14 will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 and Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Johnson / Miller Track Complex on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Campers will practice and improve their skills in a variety of ways. Led by exceptional position and strength coaches, campers are divided into groups by their position and age (ages 6-8, 9-11 and 12-14), and will learn position skills and practice drills. Campers will be educated on the basics of football, the importance of training and education and the tools necessary to compete at a high school, collegiate and professional level.

In addition, campers will learn more than just football at the Kevin Jones Youth Football Training Camp. They are taught teamwork, consideration of others, self-discipline, and how to attain their potential in sports and in life. Campers also learn the importance of achieving good grades and selecting role models.

The coaches will be a combination of NFL players, college coaches and players, as well as high school and youth football coaches.

The camp is non-contact and no prior experience is necessary. The camper will need workout clothing such as a t-shirt, shorts and workout shoes. Do not bring helmets, shoulder pads, etc.

The camp is designed as a “drop-off style camp” with the option to have parents and spectators watch throughout the day’s activities. Ages 6-9 will attend camp from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and ages 10-14 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

The cost is $135.00 for ages 6-9 and $160.00 for ages 10-14. Camp registration includes a camp t-shirt, group photo, autograph signing, gift bag and lunch is provided daily.

A limited number of spots for the camp are still available.

There will be watering stations throughout the camp. Breakfast is not ?included. Campers may bring extra spending money for snacks and items available at the Camp Store.
