Preston's Restaurant presents Ribs & Rose Cookout on Friday, June 23, 2017 on the Great Lawn at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center.

Meet your friends for our fourth annual Preston's Wine Society cookout! Enjoy live music, light wines, and a delicious dinner straight off the grill. Summer wines that pair perfectly will also be included.

The menu includes:
• Slow Smoked St. Louis Style Ribs
• Skillet Jalapeno Corn Bread
• Golden Beet, Grapefruit and Herbed Goat Cheese Salad
• Two-Tone Cabbage Slaw
• Blackberry Wine Cake
• Grilled Peach Ice Cream
