Nest Realty hosts a free two-day First Time Homebuyer Education Class on Monday, April 3, 2017 and Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

Virginia Housing Development Authority's (VHDA) free First-time Homebuyer Class is a great way to learn about the entire home buying process from start to finish, including:

• Personal Finances
• Credit and Credit Scoring
• Qualifying and Applying for a Loan
• Choosing the Right Home
• What Happens at a Loan Closing

THIS IS A 2-PART CLASS AND PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND BOTH CLASSES (Monday, April 3rd & Wednesday, April 5th, 5:30-8:30 pm).

Dinner provided - please contact ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions.

Nest Reality is located at 400 North Main Street in downtown Blacksburg, VA.
