The Life in Balance Counseling and Wellness Center presents the free Living Well Talk: "Setting Your Year Up For Success: The Art of Goal Setting" on Wednesday, January 15th.
Join Motivation Speaker Angela McGoldrick, LPC for her talk on goal setting and to kick off your year on the right track. This talk will help you determine what it is that you want to accomplish this year and create a plan to set your year up for success.
The talk is part of the Living Well Monthly Series offered by Life in Balance.
